How We Built WorkHive

Fran contacted us with the goal of improving the way teams and agencies manage day-to-day tasks. He wanted a simple yet powerful platform for organizing tasks, projects and clients – with added value in the form of AI integration for automation and work assistance. Our task at No Code Digital was to design and build a system that is both efficient, scalable and easy to use, using Bubble.io and OpenAI technology.

Project Phases

1. Structure Planning and UI Design

At the very beginning, we worked together with the client to design the information architecture and user flow:

• We mapped all key entities: clients, projects, tasks and teams

• We designed a clean and functional interface with a focus on efficient work without unnecessary complications

• We set up a database structure with clear connections between tasks, users and clients

2. Application logic and AI Functionality

In the second phase, we moved on to the implementation of the main functionality and integration with OpenAI:

• We have developed an advanced task management system with deadlines, statuses and comments in real time

• A client CRM module was introduced for simple monitoring of cooperation, contacts and projects per client

• AI functionalities allow users to generate task descriptions, summarize projects or suggest next steps with the help of OpenAI
