How We Built CopyGen

The client approached us with the idea of ​​automating the process of writing various marketing and sales texts. He wanted a tool that used AI to generate content based on user responses, with the ability to save those responses as templates for later use. Our task at No Code Digital was to develop that idea

Project Phases

1. UX, Base and Answer Logic

At the very beginning, we focused on setting a clear user flow and technical foundation:

• Together with the client, we created a flow of questions that leads the user to relevant content

• We designed a simple and clear interface that allows the user to respond without obstacles

• We have set up a database so that each user's answer can be used for generation, but also saved as a template for future texts.

2. AI Connection and Template System

The second phase was dedicated to connecting the application with Gemini and building additional functionalities:

• We have developed a dynamic system that generates texts based on specific responses, using the Gemini API

• We have implemented the possibility for the user to save any set of answers as a template and use it multiple times

• We have enabled the review of previously generated content, as well as editing and re-generation from existing templates

3. Testing and Fine Tuning

In the final phase, we worked directly with the client and his team to optimize the user experience:

• We organized testing with end users from different sectors (marketing, e-commerce, sales)

• Based on feedback, we've improved the reply flow, added an autosave feature, and improved the readability of the generated content

• We have prepared a system for onboarding and documentation so that the client can further independently upgrade the content
